A Night of Celebration!

NOMA Colorado’s First Annual Holiday Gala, was a hit! Our one-of-a-kind annual gathering for the architecture industry was a beautiful night celebrating diversity, equity, and our progress towards inclusion as a design community. We laughed, shared stories, and even had a special appearance from our NOMA National President, Jason Pugh. The evening highlighted past events, the new Executive Board, and our newest licensed architects, Patrcia Joseph and Journi Johnson!

We are excited to welcome two new members to our Executive Board for 2023: Ivan Patino and Lami Olorunkosebi!

Ivan is a CU Boulder Environmental Design alumni and an Associate at Tryba Architects. He has been in the Architecture profession for over 7 years, mostly working on multifamily projects, an is passionate about sustainable architecture that helps address Colorado’s housing shortage. Ivan will join our board as Treasurer.

Olamide (Lami) Olorunkosebi is an architectural designer from Nigeria who thrives on building equitable practices that redefine the industry. As an emerging professional he advocates for the inclusion and belonging in Architecture. Using equity and sustainability as a framework for his lens of the built environment, he strives for architecture that promotes diversity, wellness, and aids success. Lami is currently an Architectural Designer at the DLR Group and will join our Board as Parliamentarian.
